I want to guide and support you on your journey...
because once upon a time, I was also a beginner. I knew nothing about investing in property, didn’t have a clue about property management or the Landlord and Tenant relationship.
Although I grew up on building sites and rocked a hi-vis and hard hat before I could walk, I decided to follow my NYC/Ally McBeal dream, I went off and got myself a law degree. However, instead of NYC, I ended up living the Southern Californian life in Los Angeles instead.
After four and a half years, I left the bright lights of Hollywood behind and returned to the UK and I found myself working for one of the UK’s biggest corporate property management companies. It taught me a lot, but something just didn’t align with me and the non-conformist rebellious me knew and felt there was a different way of doing things when it came to managing rental properties and the relationship between Landlord and Tenant.
And so, I left the corporate world, threw out the rule book and set up my own property management company and I loved it! I adapted what I’d learnt, refined and changed it up and built a successful company, guiding and supporting Landlords on their journey into property, helping them manage their own properties and add to their portfolios.
Property is my thing! I’ve built houses, refurbed and flipped properties, been a Landlord, styled houses and staged show homes.
And I’ve lived life, albeit a rollercoaster, slightly messy and chaotic, think outside the box kinda one, especially recently, but after having an “ah-ha” moment, I realised that those personal adventures have actually given me a wealth of invaluable and beautiful insights about people, relationships and human behaviour that enhance and complement my professional knowledge.
I really know my stuff and also know that my life experiences can help, guide and inspire you on this exciting journey to building a beautiful property empire (whether it’s one or many, whatever works for you), securing your financial future and transforming your life as well as those that you positively impact on the way too because I’m all about levelling up and making the most of this wonderful thing called life.
I also believe that we, as kind-hearted women can be the change, raise the standard of rental homes, one property at a time and truly make a difference to those that live in the beautiful homes we create. And the ripple effect? Well, that’s exponential…and it can start with you.
